1. What exactly is Chadacon?

Chadacon—the Creative Hub of Arts, Design & Audio Multimedia Convention—is a once a year multimedia show that spotlights the remarkable and diverse artists emerging from San Antonio. We’re so excited to invite you to our second edition of Chadacon, taking place July 31st from The Skyline at 6:00 PM.

2. Does it cost anything to attend?

Admission is free, but we encourage you to come ready to support the participating artists. Expect limited‑edition merch, art prints, and other items for sale.

3. Do I need to RSVP?

RSVP is not required, but it helps us get an accurate headcount and deliver the best possible experience—so please do. To RSVP, click here : RSVP

4. Is the event open to the public and family‑friendly?

Yes—everyone is welcome, but please note that Chadacon is geared toward teens and adults. The first half of the program is suitable for most audiences aged 16 and up. We feature live musical performances that may include explicit lyrics and stronger language, so parental discretion is advised. Diverse perspectives are what this community celebration is all about, and we want every guest to feel prepared and comfortable.

5. When and where is it happening?

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the program begins at 6:00 p.m. on July 31st at The Skyline. On‑site parking is limited, but public lots are within easy walking distance, and street parking is available at no charge. All vehicles left overnight are at the owner’s risk and must be removed by 10:00 AM.

6. IS THERE A SCHEDULE FOR THE SHOW?

The show will officially begin at 6:00 PM.

6:00-10:00 PM will consists of our live bands, short film premieres, sketch comedy, etc.

From 10:00 PM -12:00 AM, We will close the night with DJ performances.

7. Will food or drinks be provided?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and The Skyline will offer alcohol.

8. Can I purchase or photograph the artwork?

Many—but not all—pieces and related merchandise will be for sale. Photography and videography are encouraged; our artists work hard and deserve the spotlight.

9. Is the event itself being documented?

A professional photographer will capture the evening, but we are not planning full video coverage.

10. How can I participate as an artist, vendor, or volunteer?
